​How Do I Place An Order?
I Create One of A Kind dolls. All dolls are sold ready to dress and include all items pictured. If a doll is available you can click and buy immediately.

I will take custom orders occasionally.
​
Doll mold of choice, Huret, Jumeau, Barrois and Doleac are the available options. Hair color, eye color, and under pinnings in your choice of color or trim are the options to be ordered.
​
I do require a deposit for Custom Orders of $250.00. Once ordered I will work with you to create the doll of your dreams.
However, unless there is a defect in the dolls head or body, a custom order is Not Returnable.

Payment and Shipping
All major credit cards accepted through Paypal and my site.
​
I will also accept your personal check. However, the doll will not ship until the funds have cleared the bank.
Longer term Payment plans are offered two ways. Affirm is the preferred payment plan available to you here, I will also consider lay-a-way in three payments made within 90 days thru Paypal. Please contact me to discuss terms.

International Shipping along with using another carrier such as USPS, UPS or Fedex all shipping costs to be paid by customer.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Wise Woman Coterie keeps your payment information secure. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges but I cannot accept cancellations, due to the custom nature of each doll.

Conditions of Return
​
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value as determined by the Artist.
